This fantastic gated private development consists of just 19 linked villas and is surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens complete with salt water swimming pools, children's play ground, BBQ area with wash and toilet facilities. Located just 3.5kms west of Albufeira and within 5 minutes of a number of private and secluded beaches, this makes it an ideal location for guests looking for privacy but close enough to all the amenities and facilitiesof an exciting holiday.

All properties are bright and airy, south west facing and have fantastic sea views, the properties are on 3 levels, finished to a good high standard and come with complete kitchen and utensils. The lounge area comprises of comfy seating for 6 persons as well as the dining area. On this level you have also a cloakroom, large storage area complete with safe and a large area for drying clothes off the kitchen.

Going from the lounge you come to the main entrance to the property and outside next to this is your parking area. On this level you have 2 full double bedrooms, complete with fitted wardrobes with 2 bathrooms and an en-suite in the master bedroom, the 2nd double bedroom has a nice sized terrace through the patio doors.

The 2nd level comprises of a 3rd smaller bedroom complete with en-suite, this makes a great children's or young adults bedroom.

What to expect?

These private, bright and spacious linked villas are set within a small valley which faces south west, all with sea views. When you arrive you will be escorted through the private gates, met by one of our members of staff who will check you in and take you to your beautiful villa. The first thing you notice when you open the door is that you have entered on the bedroom level and that the lounge and dining area are on a lower level. Don't worry the house has been specifically designed this way. At the main entrance is the alarm system for added security, the alarm code and how to operate it will be shown to you for that extra security.

Car Hire is recommended and we can provide the best rates with all inclusive insurance policy. However, we do offer a complimentary transfer from the airport and back again if required, this way you need not worry about finding us and can relax before deciding if you need a car for a few days instead of the whole holiday period. We also have for a small fee transport that can run you down to the beach or local shops. We also offer our clients a complimentary welcome pack to suit the number of guests with some of the basics to get you over the first day so you can relax.

Through our Concierge Service we can provide you with a host of information on what to do and where to go and can provide bookings for excursions, theme parks, golf, motor sport, horse riding and a host of other activities for you and your family to do whilst here.

Location

Terras Novas is located 3.3kms west of Albufeira in a small area known as Patroves. It is only 2kms from some of Europe's finest beaches and within a 15 minute drive of all the major tourist attractions in the area. Within an hours drive you can either be in Spain heading east or be at the end of southern Europe, so you are never very far away from anything and everything can be planned and taken in a single day.
