New legislation for 2009

Portugal is introducing new legislation that will effect all owners of property wishing to sell their property or renting out their properties from January 2009.

From January 2009 you will be required to have an Energy Certificate this is extremely important if you are trying to sell a property as it will be required for the final paperwork and will be required by the Public Notary.
