When you are not using your property yourself and/or leaving the property unattended for periods of time, you would be well advised to appoint a property management company to look after the property during this time.

  • Regular visits to the property to air and clean the property;

Key Holding Service - This service is included in our annual contracts and offers a fortnightly inspection of your property including checking all the windows, grills, doors, airing the property, flushing all the toilets and generally ensuring all is well. Any problems will be imediately reported by phone or email. Other contracts are at a flat rate of £100 per annum which can be collected by yourselves or guests staying at your property from our reception 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

                                                                                                                                                  

Meet and Greet Service - We can arrange for you or your clients to be collected from the airport and transferred to your property. Upon arrival we will open up the property and explain where everything is and how things work. This service is important as it will stop clients phoning up and asking how things work. If clients are making their own way to the property, we can still arrange to meet them if necessary to meet and greet the clients however this will incurr a charge to cover time and fuel depending on distance from our local base.

                                                                                                                                                

Welcome Packs - A variety of Welcome Packs can be provided, the following are an example of what experience has taught us on the basic requirements of people when they first arrive and estimated costs. Other specific packs and costs can be organised by email.

 Pack 2 Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Water, Biscuits, Orange Juice, Beer, Bread and Butter £30
 Pack 3 Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Water, Biscuits, Orange Juice, Beer, Bread, Butter, Bacon, Eggs, Soft Drinks, Fruits, Wine and Sardine Pate £45


Cleaning and Laundry Services - Your property will be cleaned thoroughly including cooker and appliances. All perishable foods will be removed and make sure that the property is clean and welcoming for the arriving guests. Bed linen and towels are removed, washed and returned to your property, beds are stripped and remade. 3 sets of linen and towels are required, one to use, one spare and one in laundry. Laundry is charged at £1.95 per kilo and cleaning is charged at £12.50 per hour + VAT. Additional Concierge Services - We have a full concierge service offering car-hire including full insurance, airport transfers, tickets for theme parks, motor racing, theatre all can be delivered with our meet and greet service, so book before you arrive and save £££.
